Cinderella Homes or Storybook Style ?

Historically, there is a true story behind the original Cinderella Homes. Famously, designed and built by Jean Vandruff in the 1950s and ’60s. And, these homes have character. Often, liked for their elegance, charm and comfort. Innovatively, for the time, Cinderella Homes combined the aesthetic and quality of a custom-built home into a tract home development. Apparently, house experts say that the Storybook and Cinderella are related. Happily, at a price families could afford. Reliably, these magical, well-built homes are still popular today. And, Jean Vandruff, passed away in 2021, at 99 years old. Indeed, the Woodland Hills Film Location is unique

 

30 Mile Studio Zone | Includes Storybook Cabin Style House

Woodland Hills Film Location is in the studio zone’s boundaries have expanded over the years. Mostly to keep labor costs down. And , to help keep Los Angeles as an attractive site for photoshoot productions. Interestingly, the studio zone was established in 1934. Originally, it was a 6-mile radius from Rossmore Avenue and 5th Street.  Later, in 1970 the center of the zone became Beverly and La Cienega boulevards. Obviously, not near the Storybook Style house. As has been noted,  in Woodland Hills.
